Report Parameters
All reports have parameters that can be set to indicate which data is desired in the report.
  1. To run a report, Select a report from the list on the left.
    2. Report List

  2. Set the report criteria (see image below). The parameters include Date range, Enrollments and County selection.

    View Report
    button or the
    Export to Excel
    button to see report

  4. When opening the exported Excel, a Microsft message pops up
    5. Excel message
    Click Yes to open the Excel file.
Report Description
Programs by County    *This report shows Programs either at a statewide level or county level (depending on user access). For state users, this report is filterable by County and enrollment date.
Services by County    *This report shows Services either at a statewide level or county level (depending on user access) and is filterable by county and enrollment date.
Services Detailed Report    *This report shows each Service at an individual level for the state or county (depending on user access) and is filterable by county and enrollment date.
Active Case Snapshot Report    *This report shows details about the active enrollments.
Full Data Report    *This report shows detail recipients and services data in each county. For State users, the report is filterable by county and enrollment date.
Recipients Report    *This report shows recipients with services for the specified date range, at a statewide level or county level (depending on user access). For state users, this report is filterable by County and enrollment date.
Exit Report    *This report shows details for recipients who have exited, at a statewide level or county level (depending on user access). This report is filted by county and exit date.
Goals Report    *This report shows counts for each goal and the status associated with the goal, at a statewide level or county level (depending on user access). For state users, this report is filterable by County and enrollment date.
Detailed Goals Report    *This report shows individual data for each goal and the status associated with the goal, at a county level (depending on user access). For state users, this report is filterable by County and enrollment date.
Bridge Scores Summary Report    *This report shows county data for Bridge Scores summaries and changes for the specified date range, at a county level (depending on user access). For state users, this report is filterable by County and enrollment date.
Bridge Scores Detail Report    *This report shows Bridge Score data for individuals within the specified date range. For state users, this report is filterable by County and enrollment date.
Current Follow Up Services Summary Report    *This report shows county data for current follow-up services provided, at a county level. For state users, this report is filterable by County.
Current Follow Up Services Detail Report    *This report shows individual data for current follow-up services provided, at a county level (depending on user access). For state users, this report is filterable by County.
Bridge Scores Detail Report for Positive Exits    *This report shows individual's bridge score data broken down for enrollments with a positive exit.
Savings and Debt Detail Report    *This report shows individual's data for enrollments within the specified date range, at a statewide level or county level (depending on user access). For state users, this report is filterable by County and enrollment date.
Recipients with Children Outside of the Home Detailed Report    *This report shows individual's data for enrollments within the specified date range, at a statewide level or county level (depending on user access). For state users, this report is filterable by County and enrollment date.
Recipients without Children (Non-TANF) Services Detailed Report    *This report shows individual's data with services for the specified date range, at a statewide level or county level (depending on user access). For state users, this report is filterable by County and enrollment date.
Incentive Report    *This report shows a breakdown of incentives earned by recipients.
Financial Snapshot Report    *This report shows a breakdown of enrollments data broken out by quarter for recipients.
Enrollment Parameter Description
Active Enrollments    *This selection will return data for enrollments that are currently open and the Enrollment Date is between the Start Date and End Date parameters.
All Enrollments    *This selection will return data for enrollments in open or closed status and the Enrollment Date is between the Start Date and End Date parameters.
Inactive Enrollments    *This selection will return data for enrollments that are currently closed and the Enrollment Date is between the Start Date and End Date parameters.
All Active Enrollments    *This selection will return data for enrollments that are currently open with no regard for Enrollment Date, Start Date, or End Date.
